Cocid-19 & The New Normal

Covid-19 has affects everybody and everywhere. Not only on our health but also on how we live and interact, at home and work as well as on vacation.

We want you to enjoy your vacation with us, but we also ask you to be mindful about your health and that of others. Therefore we kindly but urgently ask you to respect social distancing, wash and sanitize your hands regularly and use a mouth mask in areas where keeping social distance is difficult.

We have implied new cleaning protocols that comply to the Aruba Health and Happiness code and Safe Travel Global Protocol.

Check-in will be handled in your apartment and social distancing will be respected.

With check-in we will give you written information for your use only.

In your apartment you will find Magazines with information about Aruba. These will be discarded after your check-out.

Your apartment will be cleaned and sanitized during service.

Bedlinen and towels are washed at high temperature.

There is hand sanitizer in every apartment and we have three hand sanitizer stations in public areas.

We are ready to adjust our procedures if the situation requires.
